Every visit to Pilar we like to stay here. This brand-new hotel offers a wide array of reasonably spacious rooms. The food offer is excellent. It has exceptional staff and boasts particularly nice views of garden.

The value for money at this hotel was impressive. With all the excellent amenities and services provided, it truly exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a luxurious bathroom and shower. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Additionally, the breakfast served was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

During my weekend stay, I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the friendly staff. the hotel's location was also great, as it was close to local attractions and easy to find. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Finally, the location was great. It was conveniently situated in a beautiful park, which provided a peaceful atmosphere.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the great service provided by the staff. Speaking of the staff, they were exceptional in every aspect. From Karina at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us, to Daniel and Thiago in coordination who were valuable team players, and Sofia and Rocio in the dining area who provided excellent service. The attention to detail was commendable, with the staff even finding a way to accommodate our request for a table in our room for board games.

We had an amazing stay at the luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfill all of our needs. the service was exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and garden area provided relaxation. the spa and wellness center offered body scrub, massage, beauty treatment and facial which was rejuvenating. the cozy restaurant and bar/lounge area with an excellent snag bar, and restaurant buffet fulfilled our gastronomic needs. the in, room breakfast and private facilities were exclusive and top, notch.

We had a minor issue with our treatment room that had a faulty light. the staff promptly corrected the issue, and it did not affect our experience.

The breakfast at Hilton was absolutely delightful! I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options and the high quality of the food. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience.
